Laasot Tov | לעשות טוב
Terms of Use — Beta Testing
1. Definitions and operator
“Service” or “Application” means Laasot Tov (לעשות טוב), its mobile and web versions and related pages of laasottov.co.il. “Operator” means Andrei Brandaus / אנדריי ברנדאוס, an Israeli sole proprietor (עוסק מורשה), registration number 346960891, trading as ND Evolution. “User” means a person admitted to the service. “Terms” means this agreement.
Operator contact: everptech.il@gmail.com; +972 53-2757376. Address: 8 Shalom HaGalil Street, Apartment 9, Nahariya 2227068, Israel. The Privacy Policy is published on the same website and explains data processing in the service.
2. Acceptance and participation
Before registration, the user reads these Terms and the Privacy Policy through the supplied links and ticks the box accepting the Terms and acknowledging the Policy. Do not register if the Terms are unacceptable. Acknowledging the Policy does not consent to every possible use of data outside the described purposes.
The beta is intended for operator-approved users from Israel aged 18 or over with the required legal capacity. Users acting for a business confirm their authority. Being able to download the app does not create a right to register or access it. Every new participant, including team invitees, needs operator approval. Travel abroad does not change these Terms.
3. Service purpose and participants’ relationships
The service provides software tools to organise work between contractors, dispatchers and specialists: projects, orders, assignments, documents, confirmations and information exchange. It does not perform the work and is not a party to users’ work contracts or financial settlements.
Participants independently agree work scope, price, payment, timing, quality, safety, required permissions, insurance and responsibility. The operator does not receive or transfer money in those relationships and provides no payment services. An amount, status or acceptance recorded in the app is not itself proof of payment or actual work quality.
During testing, the operator does not verify specialists’ qualifications, licences or insurance. Admission means permission to test only, not an endorsement or guarantee of reliability. An end client does not acquire an account merely because their contacts appear in an order. The operator’s responsibility for providing its own service is governed by these Terms and law.
4. Free beta and changes
The beta is free for all approved participants until further notice. It tests functionality, usability and market demand. Real orders and data are used. Functions and interfaces may change, and some capabilities may temporarily be missing or faulty.
The operator does not promise a permanent release, particular future features, continued free use after testing or continued development. Any paid offering will have separately notified pricing and terms before a payment obligation arises; free participation does not consent to future charges.
We intend to retain work data when transitioning to a permanent version. Planned termination or data clearing is announced in the participant group at least 5 business days in advance. During that period users may request a copy of their data through support. Incidents, security threats or binding legal requirements may require immediate restriction; notice follows when possible and permitted. For these Terms, business days exclude Friday, Saturday and official Israeli holidays.
5. Accounts, roles and security
Users must provide accurate details, keep them current, protect devices and sign-in credentials, not share SMS codes and not let others use their accounts. Report suspected unauthorised access to support. Users must not expand their own permissions or access others’ information without authority.
Access depends on role, contractor relationship and work assignment. Subcontracting an order or project gives the recipient access to the transferred document’s data, including contacts and attachments. The transferring user must be entitled to share it. Access to one document does not authorise use of other organisational data. Viewing permission does not necessarily include editing.
6. Data, files and third-party rights
Users are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and relevance of information they enter, file contents and the necessary rights and grounds to share client, worker and other personal information. They must give notices and obtain consents where required, including for photographs of people or private premises. Do not upload excessive information or material infringing others’ rights.
Rights in user materials remain with their owners. Users grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy for backup, technically process and display materials to authorised participants only as necessary to provide the service, support and comply with law. This does not authorise selling materials or using them for advertising.
Users choose whom to assign work or transfer documents to. For WhatsApp sharing, they independently check the recipient and message. Do not post client information in the shared testing group; use private messages or email for requests.
7. Prohibited conduct
Illegal use, impersonation, bypassing approval or access controls, intrusion attempts, extracting others’ data, malware, spam, infringement and deliberately excessive load are prohibited. Security testing affecting the live system requires prior agreement with the operator.
Do not copy, distribute, resell or modify the operator’s software or protected materials without permission, except where expressly allowed by law or the applicable licence. This restriction does not prohibit authorised use of the service for the user’s own commercial work.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Rights in Laasot Tov’s own code, design and name belong to Andrei Brandaus; third-party components and marks belong to their respective owners. Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the available service version during approved participation.
Suggestions and feedback are voluntary. The operator may use them to improve the product without a payment obligation, respecting third-party rights and confidentiality. This does not transfer rights in users’ work data. Testing and feedback do not themselves create employment, a partnership, an equity interest or a right to revenue.
9. As-is service
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is supplied AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device or suitability for a particular purpose. Failures, delayed messages, incorrect displays, data loss and corruption may occur. Backups do not guarantee recovery of every change or file.
Users should independently verify material information, assignments, calculations and outcomes and retain separate copies of critical documents. The service is not accounting, legal or other professional advice. Do not use it as the sole means for emergencies or tasks on which human safety depends.
The service depends on internet access, devices and external providers. Third-party links and services are subject to their own terms. These provisions do not remove the operator’s own duties, including applicable data-protection obligations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for users’ work quality or performance, their settlements and disputes, their entered content or third-party conduct outside the operator’s control. Within the same limits, liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits and lost business opportunities relating to beta use or unavailability is excluded.
Errors, data loss or unauthorised access do not automatically establish or exclude operator liability: this depends on law and the circumstances. Nothing excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, breach of data-protection duties or other liability to the extent limiting it is prohibited by law. These Terms do not remove mandatory rights or access to courts.
11. Termination and deletion
Users may stop participating and request account deletion through support. During the beta, the architect performs deletion manually after an email or private request to the developers in the group. The period is 24 hours after necessary request verification, excluding weekends, Shabbat and official Israeli holidays. The process, effects on shared documents and backup retention of up to 14 days are described in the Privacy Policy.
The operator may suspend or terminate access for breach, security threats, illegal activity or closure of testing. Where possible, the user receives a reason and a support contact. Immediate restriction is permitted where needed to stop a breach or protect information. Ending access does not cancel the handling of lawful data requests.
12. Changes, law and contact
Current Terms are published on the website. Material changes are notified through the participant group and/or application before taking effect. Renewed acceptance is requested where necessary. New provisions do not retrospectively apply to already accrued claims. Users who disagree may stop using the service and request a data copy or deletion.
Israeli law applies, preserving mandatory rules that cannot be excluded by agreement. Disputes are heard by competent Israeli courts under applicable jurisdiction rules. Invalidity of one provision does not invalidate the rest. Russian and English versions are provided for convenience; the Hebrew version prevails in discrepancies to the extent permitted by law.
